The Exeter Sportsman’s Club New Member Application packet consists of 2 pages. Applicants must fill out and return pages 1 and 2. Applicants must also provide either a copy of a current and valid Concealed Carry Permit or recently completed (within the past 6 months) State of NH Department of Public Safety Criminal History Records Check. To complete the new member application process all applicants must attend a monthly membership meeting to which they will be invited. All members are to be familiar with the Exeter Safety and Range Rules.

Directions:

1 - Download and complete the 2 page application and liability packet.

2 - Mail completed pages 1 & 2, with your Concealed Carry License or NH Background Check and payment, to the post office box on the bottom of this page.

3 - Download and become familiar with the Exeter Sportsman's Club Safety and Range Rules. The link is on the right side of this page.

Attention newly applying members: Generally, orientations will be the Sunday following the monthly membership meeting. If you are applying for membership please plan to attend this orientation. The orientation is a requirement for membership in addition to attending a membership meeting. You are welcome to attend the orientation before you attend a meeting but your badge will not be ready until all of the paperwork and requirements for membership are met.

Also please note that Exeter Sportsman's Club is run entirely by volunteers and as such, it often takes about 4 weeks for new members to receive their badges after the paperwork is received, depending on what time of month that happens.
